About

Seal Pup

My family has a long history in photography. Ninety years ago my grandfather started a photography development studio, and he later served as an acclaimed photographer in World War II, photographing the Japanese surrender and the aftermaths of the first atomic bombs.

My accomplishments have been a bit less grand. I am the photographer for an upcoming book called Seattle: A Photographic Portrait III. My prints hang in several office buildings and hospitals, and in the past my photos have been used by many travel publications throughout the world and the BBC.

Wildlife and travel photography are my passions, and I strive to provide a different outlook on the beauty of our planet. I live in Bellevue, Washington with my wife and two sons, and photograph everywhere from my back yard to Africa and Australia.

Thank you for looking at my work.
